The Skill Connect is a training organisation that specialises in training and coaching in the domain of Soft Skills.
Avishek Ganguly, Founder and Lead Trainer is an IIM Trichy alumnus with over 20 years of experience and expertise in Talent Acquisition, Soft Skill Training, Career Mentoring and Personal Coaching. He has worked with blue chip companies like Accenture, EXL Services and Manipal Global in the past and then founded the award winning recruitment company called Calls Incorporated in 2005. He works as an Adjunct Faculty with many engineering, pharmacy, medical, law and management colleges on a PAN India basis.
Avishek is an Interpersonal Skills specialist, personality groomer and motivational coach. He loves to work with academic institutions in the pre-placement training zone and also leave his signature imprint on the young workforce of corporate India. His webinars on career transformation and motivational training have found positive resonance particularly amongst youngsters.
